Parents are not just produce a new generation, but they must be able to manage the children and fullfil their needs because they are our investment for future benefits either to this world or eternity.

Why I said like that? Because lot of parents do not know their actual responsibilities. They always made mistakes in developing their children. That is why nowadays we can see lots of young generation have no manners, no vision, no self esteem...etc.

So, parents have to play a huge role in order to build a good generation. First of all, to be a parent, we must have a knowledge about parenting. What it is about? It is about how to care, teach, love, motivate and face the children. In this effort, patience is the most important criteria that should be inside the parents.

All effort must be started from the beginning of the marriage and must be in both side, husband and wife who are going to be a father and mother. If only one side, the quality of the children is not good as what as expected.

To those who are getting married, please look at yourself either you have prepared to become a mother or father. Without a proper preparation of mentality, physicaly or financially, you will spoilt your next generation development. Environment is another important factor to be considered in raising children. It might involve neighbourhood, home or family members influence.

Our former parents did not have enough knowledge about parenting. So, we cannot 100% follow their way eventhough all his/her childrens was a success. This is because their time was different with ours. That was why a Prophet Mohamad said "teach your children by follow their period of time".

As a preparation, gather all the tips about developing the children as much as you can either from books, magazines, newspaper or internet. Then, try to implement all the tips to the children and see the result. If there still a failure, pray and leave it to Allah.
